Who we're usually looking for
We build 0→1, customer-facing products for small teams—software that has to work. We look for product-minded engineers who ship end-to-end and designers who think in systems. Generalists who can go deep when needed tend to do well here. If that sounds like you, we would love to hear from you—even if nothing is open today.
How we work
Remote always, async by default
We work across time zones. Decisions live in Jira and GitHub; Slack is for coordination. A few short syncs each week, otherwise async.
Ship, then iterate
We ship every two weeks. We would rather deploy, learn, and iterate than spec forever.
Own your work
You own projects end-to-end. No one will tell you how to spend your day. We trust you to figure out what matters and ship it.
